Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling.

Refund Method

• We do not offer cash refunds.

• Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive store credits within 5 days to your account (equal to the value of the returned product).

• Store credits can be used towards future purchases on our website and are valid for lifetime.

Return Process

1. Email us at support@houseofraasya.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for shipping the item back.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credits to your account.
